A Deposit is required when booking your Pet in longer then 5 days or during Peak Period.
50% or $25.00 per Pet Non Refundable after 72 hours of booking.
Deposit may be Paid by Credit, Cheque or Cash.
Booking will be confirmed once money has been banked.
 
No Christmas bookings will be accepted unless a minimum of 8 days is booked and paid for the 1st two weeks of the Christmas holidays.* CHRISTMAS BOOKING TERMS & BOOKING FORM *

Terms and Conditions
  1. No animal will be accepted as a Boarder without proof of current vaccination
  2. The owner or the owner's nominee shall collect the animal/animals hereunder detailed on the due date.
  3. Board is payable for the dates stated plus extras that may occur. Boarding fees charged by per calendar day. All Fees are payable on the day you leave your Pet.
  4. Should the animal/animals listed hereunder not be collected within SEVEN (7) DAYS of the due date and all boarding accrued paid, the animal/animals shall be deemed to have been abandoned by the owner and shall become the property of COWES BOARDING KENNELS AND CATTERY which may dispose of such animal/animals and apply the proceeds of any such disposal in payment of (a) the cost of such disposal. (b) the board accrued. Any balance then remaining shall be paid to the former owner.
  5. The owner authorizes the COWES BOARDING KENNELS AND CATTERY to engage such veterinary assistance as may, in the view of the Proprietors of the COWES BOARDING KENNELS AND CATTERY, be required for treatment of the animal/animals and the owner agrees to meet the cost thereof when collecting the animal/animals.
  6. The owner of the animal/animals acknowledges that the COWES BOARDING KENNELS AND CATTERY shall take all reasonable care and precaution in the care of the animal/animals but shall not otherwise be responsible for the animal/animals and/or the loss or injury thereto.
  7. Will not except your pet if it has been in the pound or ill and at the vet. You the customer must notify us
  8. A full refund will be given if you are ill and a stay in hospital is required we will need a medical certificate to be provided
  9. All boarding fees to be paid in full on the day you drop off.
